Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: High Season: 1st April - 15thJuly. Note: This cancellation policy is also applicable for booking made for long weekends and during the festive seasons. • Cancellation by you up till 15 days before arrival Full refund after that no refund. Non-Arrival- In the event that the guest does not show up (No show) and no notification of cancellation has been received, the Resort will retain the entire deposit paid at the time of making the booking. Low Season: 15th July 31st March. Cancellation by you up-till 07 days before arrival - Full refund after that no refund. Non-Arrival- In the event that the guest does not show up (No show) and no notification of cancellation has been received, the Resort will retain the entire deposit paid at the time of making the booking.
